Refund Policies & Shipping
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds, all sales are final. If there is a problem with your purchase when you receive it, please contact us immediately at email@example.com and we will try our best to find a solution.
We assure that all our products go through multiple levels of quality inspections before it gets shipped out.
However, should your item be delivered with a manufacturing fault, we will replace it within 7 days with the following conditions:
- You must request a replacement by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of accepting delivery of the product.
- Title your email as such: Replacement Request for #Order Number
- Clearly state in your email: Your full name used for the order, name of item(s), clear close up photo(s) or video(s) of the issue and description of the issue.
- We do not accept replacements, except for manufacturing faults clearly shown in video and/or images.
- Manufacturing faults DO NOT include: Damaged packaging, marked, dented or deemed "defected", or general wear and tear. We are not responsible for cosmetic damages caused during the shipping process.
- To be eligible for a replacement, a video showing the manufacturing faults is required. Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please ensure you use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for any lost return package, and will not process any refund if we do not receive the return package.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your replacement/refund.
Upon approval, your replacement will be processed. We reserve the right to deny unreasonable replacement, refunds and exchanges.
We are not liable for any lost or stolen mails.
We reserve the right to reject any cancellation, refund deemed unfit or unreasonable.
We regret to inform you that we do not accept any cancellations after an order confirmation email has been sent out. For cases when the order has not been dispatched yet, cancellations will be subjected to approval upon notice, depending on the processing, simply contact email@example.com and we will get back to you within 24-48 hours. Should a return and refund be approved, you will be refunded fully via your payment mode through credit card within 3-5 business days, subject to the processing duration of the bank. We reserve the right to reject any cancellation, refund deemed unfit or unreasonable.
In the event that the address provided is incomplete/incorrect or change of mind after purchase, kindly note that a re-delivery or cancellation fee of 30 USD is chargeable.
We aim to make shipping as quick and painless as possible. Due to COVID-19, unfortunately most shipping companies are facing delays. We’re committed to doing our absolute best to avoid delays and prioritise safety during these tough times.
We offer Free Tracked Shipping (5-15 Business Days) Internationally depending on the product and Express Shipping if available (5-7 Business Days) for an additional small fee.
